Minn-Tech repaired my HomePod exactly the way they advertised that they would, and I could not be more pleased than I am. They paid the postage both ways, repaired my dead, no power HomePod. and returned it to me all within a week's time . . . all for only $69.00 ! You will not be able to find a better deal than this. It now works great and sounds better than ever. I have four other HomePods; and, if any of them fail, I will be sending them to Minn-Tech for repairs. If you need to have your HomePod repaired, you can be confident that Minn-Tech will provide excellent quality professional service for you.

My 1st gen HomePod was flashing and was stuck after a software update. I brought it to Apple and they told me there nothing they could do. It was too old to qualify for a replacement and they don’t repair them anymore. They essentially told me to throw it away and purchase another one. Minn-Tech saved the day! I shipped it out and a few days later I got notice that it was on its way back. I couldn’t believe it. It works just as good as new again! Thank you so much!!

I am so happy I stumbled about this service. I have held on to my HomePod for over a year now because of the + - volume button error.
