I am beyond happy to have my first-generation HomePod brought back to life. The service was incredibly fast, efficient, and professional from start to finish. It’s not easy to find reliable repair options for older devices, so this was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking to revive their HomePod instead of replacing it.

OMG! I am absolutely delighted at the OUTSTANDING support and service for my out of warranty original Apple HomePod 1st generation! I purchased two of these the minute Apple enabled stereo pairing and never used them with Apple Music but as soon as I decided to use them together with a workaround app called Airfoil, I was able to use the HomePods with other audio sources. Then, one HomePod just died. It sat for almost two years just dead. Apple just stopped support and manufacturing of HomePod 1st gen. To get out of warranty support was almost foolish. Then, I found Minn-Tech!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! The Best service! And Better support than Apple itself!! Apple just dropped the bomb on 1st gen then, years later introduced 2nd gen that are not compatible with the 1st gen! WTH? Minn-Tech brought my 1st Gen back to life in DAYS!!! I am so blown-away at the Better-than-AppleCare service of my HomePod 1st gen even when it was in-warranty!! (Shhh. Don't tell anybody but I know Apple product support better than many... 17+ years experience!) Minn-Tech service I would recommend to ANYONE I know having HomePod issues out of warranty. I would recommend in-warranty but let Apple handle that part (just get their AppleCare+). When that ends... Get to Minn-Tech, ASAP!

I was so skeptical, but hey $69 on the off-chance that they fix my dearly departed HomePod? Why not? Free shipping from home to back home. Turned the repair around in a couple of days. I had the fixed HomePod playing at home in 10 days. What? Crazy. I kinda wish I had more dead HomePods to send them. Fantastic job folks!

They did such a great job repairing one of my bricked stereo pair Original HomePods that I bought a fully refurbished one from them for my bedroom. You can’t beat the sound quality that comes out of these high quality smart speakers. The new addition is working perfectly.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Excellent no stress service. They send you a box, packing materials, and a shipping label. You send them your dead HomePod. Within a week the HomePod is repaired and updated and shipped back to you. Pricing is very reasonable.
