Amazing experience! Everything was seamless from ordering the delivery box with shipping label. Arrived on time as expected. When I sent it back it and then received it, they confirmed via email and gave even personal touches to let me know it was a human on the other side :). Got fixed within one day, and sent back! Homepod now works like a charm and I AM SO EXCITED

Couldn’t have been easier. Repairs were done super fast, shipped back immediately, and I have a working OG HomePod again! Shame on Apple for not supporting their own hardware like they used to, but thankfully we have great people like this to fix their mistakes.

My 1st gen HomePod was flashing and was stuck after a software update. I brought it to Apple and they told me there nothing they could do. It was too old to qualify for a replacement and they don’t repair them anymore. They essentially told me to throw it away and purchase another one. Minn-Tech saved the day! I shipped it out and a few days later I got notice that it was on its way back. I couldn’t believe it. It works just as good as new again! Thank you so much!!
