They did such a great job repairing one of my bricked stereo pair Original HomePods that I bought a fully refurbished one from them for my bedroom. You can’t beat the sound quality that comes out of these high quality smart speakers. The new addition is working perfectly.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Excellent no stress service. They send you a box, packing materials, and a shipping label. You send them your dead HomePod. Within a week the HomePod is repaired and updated and shipped back to you. Pricing is very reasonable.

What a clutch find! My HomePod was flashing the volume buttons and I thought it was the end of the line for it. I found minn-tech after doing some research online about how to fix the issue and these guys did not disappoint. Sent my HomePod out they let me know what was wrong with it (eroded node, from oxidation) corrected my issue and sent my HomePod right back.(Took a week roughly all together. I sent out my HomePod on a Monday from FL to MN it got to them Friday they had it shipped back out on a Monday and I got it back Thursday) . A $60 fix for a speaker I spent $300 on was well beyond worth it for me! If you are having any issues with your HomePod take it from me do not hesitate to use these guys. I NEVER EVER write reviews but these guys did right I had to leave them a review and I hope this helps someone out there who is searching on how to fix their HomePod look no further you’ve found your answer. My HomePod had the "Death Fart" issue - it started off now and then, but became much more frequent like clockwork. Minn-Tech to the rescue! The whole repair process was very streamlined and easy, with shipping labels and everything. Turn-around time was also very quick! My HomePod was returned clean and without any scuffs from the process. And most importantly - it sounds great and no longer startles me with full-volume alien fart attack sounds! I have full confidence that this HomePod will continue operating great for many years to come now that these known-problematic components have been replaced.

It upsets me that there is almost no information about this failure on the internet and that people like Minn Tech doesn’t have a lot of presence on social media -but I get it. It isn’t for everyone, that’s why I made a 4 min review talking about my problem and hopefully it reaches the right audience.
