Recently had a HomePod repaired. This is my other HP for preventative service! I’m really pleased with the thorough service and full communication AND complete tracking all the way! The sound now has a much richer quality in all ranges but especially bass - most important to my musician ears! We’re very glad Minn-Tech is available!

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Excellent no stress service. They send you a box, packing materials, and a shipping label. You send them your dead HomePod. Within a week the HomePod is repaired and updated and shipped back to you. Pricing is very reasonable.

My HomePod had the "Death Fart" issue - it started off now and then, but became much more frequent like clockwork. Minn-Tech to the rescue! The whole repair process was very streamlined and easy, with shipping labels and everything. Turn-around time was also very quick! My HomePod was returned clean and without any scuffs from the process. And most importantly - it sounds great and no longer startles me with full-volume alien fart attack sounds! I have full confidence that this HomePod will continue operating great for many years to come now that these known-problematic components have been replaced.

I have made a TikTok review to make sure EVERYONE knows about Minn-Tech. It upsets me that there is almost no information about this failure on the internet and that people like Minn Tech doesn’t have a lot of presence on social media -but I get it. It isn’t for everyone, that’s why I made a 4 min review talking about my problem and hopefully it reaches the right audience. I am so grateful I found him, my first gen HomePod is working amazingly well after this issue. I give you 5 starts cuz that’s the max, but I’d give you 100,000!!! Thank you!!!

My HomePod died on me after updating to 18.1. It would show no sign of life, even when connected to power. I called Minn-Tech and was given the reassurance I needed to purchase the $69 option to fix my HomePod. They helped me figure out the best way to pack the HomePod for shipment, updated me when they received my HomePod and the condition it arrived in, and told me what the issue was and what they did to fix it. The whole process took exactly a week to ship out and for them to fix and ship it back to me. They also replaced additional parts with no additional charge that were worn for preventative maintenance known to cause the subwoofer to fail. I just received my HomePod last night, and it is moving and grooving in my stereo pair. I highly recommend Minn Tech if you're looking for an easy way to fix your HomePod that wont break your bank.

I am so happy I stumbled about this service. I have held on to my HomePod for over a year now because of the + - volume button error. I figured it had to be software related, as this error started after my other HomePods updated to a new version overnight. For $50, including shipping back and forth, this was well worth it! I am glad I held on to my Original HomePod and finally found solution. I'm so happy to have my stereo pair set up again. Thank you!
