Superb service. Just like the old days when your speaker cones needed replacing - these folks brought my first generation HomePods back to life. They sound brand new. I was close to trashing them - assumed they were just obsolete with constant popping noises had to unplug them. Wow. Everything fixed. Perfect sound.

It was worth paying for the shipping box, fast service too. For some reason I just like the sound of my Gen 1 HomePod more than Gen2, and it would have costed a lot more to fix at Apple if they would even do it (they don't). Happy to have a working device again

I was so skeptical, but hey $69 on the off-chance that they fix my dearly departed HomePod? Why not? Free shipping from home to back home. Turned the repair around in a couple of days. I had the fixed HomePod playing at home in 10 days. What? Crazy. I kinda wish I had more dead HomePods to send them. Fantastic job folks!

What a clutch find! My HomePod was flashing the volume buttons and I thought it was the end of the line for it. I found minn-tech after doing some research online about how to fix the issue and these guys did not disappoint. Sent my HomePod out they let me know what was wrong with it (eroded node, from oxidation) corrected my issue and sent my HomePod right back.(Took a week roughly all together. I sent out my HomePod on a Monday from FL to MN it got to them Friday they had it shipped back out on a Monday and I got it back Thursday) . A $60 fix for a speaker I spent $300 on was well beyond worth it for me! If you are having any issues with your HomePod take it from me do not hesitate to use these guys. I NEVER EVER write reviews but these guys did right I had to leave them a review and I hope this helps someone out there who is searching on how to fix their HomePod look no further you’ve found your answer. I really thought I had a boat anchor on my hands until I found their YouTube video! The service is top notch and better than many of big brand repair centers. My HomePod has been working great since it was returned... shipped FREE! I have two others a many minis in my house and will turn to Minn-Tech in the future!

Minn-Tech provides a needed service for those that have various HomePod issues, and they do so with a very high level of prompt customer service that conveys a thorough knowledge of the technology, along with a personal approach that is rare in business these days. My original HomePod had the "Death Fart" issue along with clicking and popping noises. Not only did they fix these issues but they preemptively replaced a different part that is a known issue FOR FREE. No hard sell or upcharge, they just fixed it. I wish I had found Minn-Tech sooner, as I have been dealing with the issues for years. They also sell refurbished HomePods at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience! Everything was seamless from ordering the delivery box with shipping label. Arrived on time as expected. When I sent it back it and then received it, they confirmed via email and gave even personal touches to let me know it was a human on the other side :). Got fixed within one day, and sent back!
