My HomePod, a mere paperweight until I discovered Minn, was shipped for much-needed repairs. To my delight, the repairs were exceptional, and my HomePod is now operational and looks exactly as I sent it to Minn—clean, spotless, and with the top sticker intact. After sending in my first HomePod of a pair with an issue and being blown away by the service, I sent my other HomePod in for preventive maintenance. I received he best communication I’ve had from any maintenance/repair company. They worked on it immediately and it was in the mail back to me after their overnight testing. I agree with other reviews that the bass is better, plus with replacement of some electronic parts known to cause problems, I am likely good for a long time. Highly recommended!

EXCELLENT, WOW, FANTASTIC WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN!!! My son's first generation HomePod was dead. Apple wants $275 to fix, might as well buy a new one. Googled the symptoms, saw YouTube videos on how to fix, honestly I would never be able to put it back together on first try, not to mention buying the right tools. Googled repairs in my area (Chicago suburbs), nothing. Came across Minn-Tech, what a find. For $69 (including shipping both ways!), Minn-Tech fixed the no power issue and replaced four ceramic DC filter capacitors as a preventive measure at no additional charge! Sent the HomePod on Tuesday 10/29 and was just delivered today, Monday 11/4. Works perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better result. Thank you Minn-Tech!!! My family has 7 other first gen HomePods, needless to say I've booked marked Minn-Tech. THANK YOU!!!
