They actually answer the phone and return phone messages. Their service is great - delivered as promised. I had the woofer replaced to address a capacitor noise that would sound every so often when the speakers weren't in use.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Excellent no stress service. They send you a box, packing materials, and a shipping label. You send them your dead HomePod. Within a week the HomePod is repaired and updated and shipped back to you. Pricing is very reasonable.

Amazing experience! Everything was seamless from ordering the delivery box with shipping label. Arrived on time as expected. When I sent it back it and then received it, they confirmed via email and gave even personal touches to let me know it was a human on the other side :). Got fixed within one day, and sent back! Homepod now works like a charm and I AM SO EXCITED

Quick and convenient service to fix what would otherwise have become e-waste and gone to the landfill. I've been using it for a couple of weeks since Minn-Tech fixed my 1st gen HomePod and it works and sounds just as good as new.
