I would give them 6 stars if I could. Excellent no stress service. They send you a box, packing materials, and a shipping label. You send them your dead HomePod. Within a week the HomePod is repaired and updated and shipped back to you. Pricing is very reasonable.

Minn-Tech repaired my HomePod exactly the way they advertised that they would, and I could not be more pleased than I am. They paid the postage both ways, repaired my dead, no power HomePod. and returned it to me all within a week's time . . . all for only $69.00 ! You will not be able to find a better deal than this. It now works great and sounds better than ever. I have four other HomePods; and, if any of them fail, I will be sending them to Minn-Tech for repairs. I have been holding on to my broken HomePod for over the past two years, in the hopes that a company like Minn-Tech would come around that could fix my blinking volume lights. What a clutch find! My HomePod was flashing the volume buttons and I thought it was the end of the line for it. I found minn-tech after doing some research online about how to fix the issue and these guys did not disappoint. Sent my HomePod out they let me know what was wrong with it (eroded node, from oxidation) corrected my issue and sent my HomePod right back.(Took a week roughly all together. I sent out my HomePod on a Monday from FL to MN it got to them Friday they had it shipped back out on a Monday and I got it back Thursday) . A $60 fix for a speaker I spent $300 on was well beyond worth it for me! If you are having any issues with your HomePod take it from me do not hesitate to use these guys. I NEVER EVER write reviews but these guys did right I had to leave them a review and I hope this helps someone out there who is searching on how to fix their HomePod look no further you’ve found your answer. Cannot express how completely satisfied I am with the service on my dead, first generation HomePod! The local Apple repair shop wanted $300 to repair it, more than the cost of a new HomePod! I searched YouTube videos to perhaps repair it myself and found an instructional video showing the replacement of a diode. It was too much for me to take on, and over an hour and a half of work. So glad I found Minn-Tech. Not only did they replace the diode, they also replaced other components to ensure a long life. It sounds great again! Very reasonable price and quick turnaround. Don’t buy new, have Minn-Tech repair yours for less than a Homepod Mini and enjoy the HomePod’s full, rich sound!

Amazing experience! Everything was seamless from ordering the delivery box with shipping label. Arrived on time as expected. When I sent it back it and then received it, they confirmed via email and gave even personal touches to let me know it was a human on the other side :). Got fixed within one day, and sent back!
