Minn-Tech did an outstanding job repairing my Original (1st Gen) Apple HomePod that had completely lost power. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the $70 service fee was well worth it. EXCELLENT, WOW, FANTASTIC WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN!!! My son's first generation HomePod was dead. Apple wants $275 to fix, might as well buy a new one. Googled the symptoms, saw YouTube videos on how to fix, honestly I would never be able to put it back together on first try, not to mention buying the right tools. Googled repairs in my area (Chicago suburbs), nothing. Came across Minn-Tech, what a find. For $69 (including shipping both ways!), Minn-Tech fixed the no power issue and replaced four ceramic DC filter capacitors as a preventive measure at no additional charge! Sent the HomePod on Tuesday 10/29 and was just delivered today, Monday 11/4. Works perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better result. Thank you Minn-Tech!!! My family has 7 other first gen HomePods, needless to say I've booked marked Minn-Tech. THANK YOU!!!
