I'm so glad I had Minn-Tech repair my failed HomePod. I took it to the Apple Store, they said it's so old I might as well buy a new one. I searched and found Minn-Tech's video for how to repair. The video is careful and patient and it showed me: 1) it's too hard to do myself, 2) I trust Minn-Tech to do it. And, their service is so fast and the communication is so good that having them repair it was the right choice.

Recently had a HomePod repaired. This is my other HP for preventative service! I’m really pleased with the thorough service and full communication AND complete tracking all the way! I would give them 6 stars if I could. Excellent no stress service. They send you a box, packing materials, and a shipping label. You send them your dead HomePod. Within a week the HomePod is repaired and updated and shipped back to you. Pricing is very reasonable.

In this day and age of internet rip-offs and the corporate world's doing everything more cheaply while charging higher and higher prices, it is more than refreshing to find a company that provides a great service at a very reasonable price. Minn-Tech repaired my HomePod exactly the way they advertised that they would, and I could not be more pleased than I am. They paid the postage both ways, repaired my dead, no power HomePod. and returned it to me all within a week's time . . . all for only $69.00 ! You will not be able to find a better deal than this. It now works great and sounds better than ever. I have four other HomePods; and, if any of them fail, I will be sending them to Minn-Tech for repairs. If you need to have your HomePod repaired, you can be confident that Minn-Tech will provide excellent quality professional service for you.

My HomePod had the "Death Fart" issue - it started off now and then, but became much more frequent like clockwork. Minn-Tech to the rescue! The whole repair process was very streamlined and easy, with shipping labels and everything. Turn-around time was also very quick! My HomePod was returned clean and without any scuffs from the process. And most importantly - it sounds great and no longer startles me with full-volume alien fart attack sounds! I have full confidence that this HomePod will continue operating great for many years to come now that these known-problematic components have been replaced.

I am so happy I stumbled about this service. I have held on to my HomePod for over a year now because of the + - volume button error. I figured it had to be software related, as this error started after my other HomePods updated to a new version overnight. For $50, including shipping back and forth, this was well worth it!
