After sending in my first HomePod of a pair with an issue and being blown away by the service, I sent my other HomePod in for preventive maintenance. I received he best communication I’ve had from any maintenance/repair company. They worked on it immediately and it was in the mail back to me after their overnight testing. I agree with other reviews that the bass is better, plus with replacement of some electronic parts known to cause problems, I am likely good for a long time. Highly recommended!

I own five HomePods, two of which required repair. The first would not power up and the second had the "Death Fart" issue. I sent both units in for repair. The units were sent on a Friday and by the following Thursday were back with me, having been repaired and working perfectly. I am grateful for the service provided by Fuat and his team at Minn-Tech, a service I highly recommend. I am now keeping my fingers crossed that my other three HomePods do not stop working, but if they do, I know where I will send them to be repaired - Minn Tech. Thank you. West

Recently had a HomePod repaired. This is my other HP for preventative service! I’m really pleased with the thorough service and full communication AND complete tracking all the way! I would give them 6 stars if I could. Excellent no stress service. They send you a box, packing materials, and a shipping label. You send them your dead HomePod. Within a week the HomePod is repaired and updated and shipped back to you. Pricing is very reasonable.

Received my dead homepod in perfect condition, after I was almost ready to throw it away. This is a rare good surprise in this world of rapid product obsolescence. My HomePod died on me after updating to 18.1. It would show no sign of life, even when connected to power. I called Minn-Tech and was given the reassurance I needed to purchase the $69 option to fix my HomePod. They helped me figure out the best way to pack the HomePod for shipment, updated me when they received my HomePod and the condition it arrived in, and told me what the issue was and what they did to fix it. The whole process took exactly a week to ship out and for them to fix and ship it back to me. They also replaced additional parts with no additional charge that were worn for preventative maintenance known to cause the subwoofer to fail. I just received my HomePod last night, and it is moving and grooving in my stereo pair. I highly recommend Minn Tech if you're looking for an easy way to fix your HomePod that wont break your bank.

Two day shipping was fast! Packaging was very good. HomePod works perfectly. Was able to sync it to my iPhone immediately out of the box. Device was clean, no cracks or scuffs, basically brand new.
