I was so skeptical, but hey $69 on the off-chance that they fix my dearly departed HomePod? Why not? Free shipping from home to back home. Turned the repair around in a couple of days. I had the fixed HomePod playing at home in 10 days. What? Crazy. I kinda wish I had more dead HomePods to send them. Fantastic job folks!

Recently had a HomePod repaired. This is my other HP for preventative service! I’m really pleased with the thorough service and full communication AND complete tracking all the way! Cannot express how completely satisfied I am with the service on my dead, first generation HomePod! The local Apple repair shop wanted $300 to repair it, more than the cost of a new HomePod! I searched YouTube videos to perhaps repair it myself and found an instructional video showing the replacement of a diode. It was too much for me to take on, and over an hour and a half of work. So glad I found Minn-Tech. Not only did they replace the diode, they also replaced other components to ensure a long life. It sounds great again! Very reasonable price and quick turnaround. Don’t buy new, have Minn-Tech repair yours for less than a Homepod Mini and enjoy the HomePod’s full, rich sound!

I've been using it for a couple of weeks since Minn-Tech fixed my 1st gen HomePod and it works and sounds just as good as new.
