Services like Minn-Tech’s tend to be aloof and unresponsive (not to mention expensive). These guys could teach a lot of companies who should know better just how customer service OUGHT to be done. It’s a very niche service, yet their attention to the customer; the fairness of the pricing and the efficiency of the turnaround is simply second to none. The HomePod that had died is now better than the original. Faster connect. Working like a charm. I cannot recommend this company and its offerings highly enough. If I could rate them six stars I would.

Honestly took a chance since I had heard of it before, I basically just searched for DIY repair options online. IM glad I came across this service. It was not only reasonably priced, they did an excellent job in a timely manner. I would 100% use these services again if needed and definitely recommend them to anyone with homepod issues.

OMG! I am absolutely delighted at the OUTSTANDING support and service for my out of warranty original Apple HomePod 1st generation! I purchased two of these the minute Apple enabled stereo pairing and never used them with Apple Music but as soon as I decided to use them together with a workaround app called Airfoil, I was able to use the HomePods with other audio sources. Then, one HomePod just died. It sat for almost two years just dead. Apple just stopped support and manufacturing of HomePod 1st gen. To get out of warranty support was almost foolish. Then, I found Minn-Tech!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! The Best service! And Better support than Apple itself!! Apple just dropped the bomb on 1st gen then, years later introduced 2nd gen that are not compatible with the 1st gen! WTH? Minn-Tech brought my 1st Gen back to life in DAYS!!! I am so blown-away at the Better-than-AppleCare service of my HomePod 1st gen even when it was in-warranty!! (Shhh. Don't tell anybody but I know Apple product support better than many... 17+ years experience!) Minn-Tech service I would recommend to ANYONE I know having HomePod issues out of warranty. I would recommend in-warranty but let Apple handle that part (just get their AppleCare+). When that ends... Get to Minn-Tech, ASAP!

I'm so glad I had Minn-Tech repair my failed HomePod. I took it to the Apple Store, they said it's so old I might as well buy a new one. I searched and found Minn-Tech's video for how to repair. The video is careful and patient and it showed me: 1) it's too hard to do myself, 2) I trust Minn-Tech to do it. And, their service is so fast and the communication is so good that having them repair it was the right choice.

They did such a great job repairing one of my bricked stereo pair Original HomePods that I bought a fully refurbished one from them for my bedroom. You can’t beat the sound quality that comes out of these high quality smart speakers. The new addition is working perfectly.

Minn-Tech provides a needed service for those that have various HomePod issues, and they do so with a very high level of prompt customer service that conveys a thorough knowledge of the technology, along with a personal approach that is rare in business these days. My original HomePod had the "Death Fart" issue along with clicking and popping noises. Not only did they fix these issues but they preemptively replaced a different part that is a known issue FOR FREE. No hard sell or upcharge, they just fixed it. I wish I had found Minn-Tech sooner, as I have been dealing with the issues for years. They also sell refurbished HomePods at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

My 1st gen HomePod was flashing and was stuck after a software update. I brought it to Apple and they told me there nothing they could do. It was too old to qualify for a replacement and they don’t repair them anymore. They essentially told me to throw it away and purchase another one. Minn-Tech saved the day! I shipped it out and a few days later I got notice that it was on its way back. I couldn’t believe it. It works just as good as new again! Thank you so much!!

Exceeded all my expectations. Very professional. Kept in the loop thru the entire process. They even did some preventive maintenance replacing some capacitors that were weak but not yet failing at no charge. The best customer experience I have had in years. The turn around time was quick as well.
