Warranty and Disclaimer
The Seller warrants that:
“During normal and reasonable use, the Unit will not experience the type of failure for which the Unit was serviced by the Seller, OR if the Unit was purchased from Minn-Tech, it will not experience a failure such as audio loss, loud pops, or no-power issues, for a warranty period of 1-year starting from the date that the buyer received their Unit”.
In the case the it is proven that the repaired HomePod failed to meet the warranty, the seller’s limited remedy is a full refund of the purchase price of the repair service paid by the Buyer.
DISCLAIMER:
Minn-Tech (“Seller”) is not responsible for items shipped poorly and improperly by the buyer (“Buyer”). Seller will record the condition and serials of each HomePod (“Unit”) as we receive them, and provide the proof of working condition of the repaired Unit upon request.
Seller’s total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer. Except for the limited remedy stated above, and except where prohibited by law, Seller will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, business, or revenue in any way), regardless of the legal theory asserted including warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability.
Seller’s services do not imply a guarantee for repair.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING OR OF PERFORMANCE, CUSTOM, OR USAGE OF TRADE
