I was so skeptical, but hey $69 on the off-chance that they fix my dearly departed HomePod? Why not? Free shipping from home to back home. Turned the repair around in a couple of days. I had the fixed HomePod playing at home in 10 days. What? Crazy. I kinda wish I had more dead HomePods to send them. Fantastic job folks!

Recently had a HomePod repaired. This is my other HP for preventative service! I’m really pleased with the thorough service and full communication AND complete tracking all the way! They did such a great job repairing one of my bricked stereo pair Original HomePods that I bought a fully refurbished one from them for my bedroom. You can’t beat the sound quality that comes out of these high quality smart speakers. The new addition is working perfectly.

My HomePod had the "Death Fart" issue - it started off now and then, but became much more frequent like clockwork. Minn-Tech to the rescue! The whole repair process was very streamlined and easy, with shipping labels and everything. Turn-around time was also very quick! My HomePod was returned clean and without any scuffs from the process. And most importantly - it sounds great and no longer startles me with full-volume alien fart attack sounds! I have full confidence that this HomePod will continue operating great for many years to come now that these known-problematic components have been replaced.
