After sending in my first HomePod of a pair with an issue and being blown away by the service, I sent my other HomePod in for preventive maintenance. I received he best communication I’ve had from any maintenance/repair company. They worked on it immediately and it was in the mail back to me after their overnight testing. I agree with other reviews that the bass is better, plus with replacement of some electronic parts known to cause problems, I am likely good for a long time. Highly recommended!

I own five HomePods, two of which required repair. The first would not power up and the second had the "Death Fart" issue. I sent both units in for repair. The units were sent on a Friday and by the following Thursday were back with me, having been repaired and working perfectly.
